How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast our beans in small batches daily at our central roastery. Every bag is stamped with a 'roasted on' date to ensure you receive your coffee at its peak flavor profile.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, our flexible subscription allows you to receive your favorite blends on a schedule that suits you. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery within the UK.

Can I return my coffee if I'm not happy with it?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the quality is not as expected, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.

Which grind size should I choose?

We offer Whole Bean for those who grind at home, as well as specific grinds for Cafetiere, Filter, and Espresso. If you are unsure, our Whole Bean option provides the most versatility and freshness.
