At 200 Degrees Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans due to their perishable nature, we offer a 30-day return window for all brewing equipment and merchandise.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the equipment is in its original, unused condition and securely pack it in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
